The program consists of training conducted by company executives followed by assignments in company operating units.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree of
Faculty of Engineering : Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering,
Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering
Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences : Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics
2. Minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0
3. Some fluency in oral and written English
4. Willingness to work in office and/ or field
5. Placement in Lampung

Documents required:
1. Curriculum Vitae
2. Certified copy of diploma and academic transcript (Applicant who has not received an official diploma may submit a
certificate of completion.)
3. Copy of Government Identity Card (KTP)
4. Recent photograph of 4 x 6 cm (2 copies)
