It's engaged in development of satellite cities,which comprise of acquisition and development of land, construction of infrastructure and buildings such as house, condominium, shopping center, sports club, traditional market and other business activities of a real estate company.

Along with the company business development, we need young professionals for these following positions:

Sales Manager - ( CDCUI - SM )

1. Responsible for making strategic planning and achieving sales target.
2. Deliver and analyze sales report.
3. Having good communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
4. Bachelor of Architecture/Civil Engineering, and Master in Finance or Marketing, min. GPA 2.75 (Bachelor) and 3.00 (Master) out of 4.00.
5. Having 1 - 3 years experiences in property retail industry or related position
6. Placement in Bintaro Jaya - Tangerang Selatan

Accounting Staff - ( CDCUI - AK )

1. Responsible in composing financial statements as registering and grouping data.
2. Good communication and thorough.
3. Bachelor in Accounting. Min GPA 2.75 out of 4.00. Max 30 years old.
4. Having 1-2 years experience in property accounting would be advantage.
5. Placement in Bintaro Jaya - Tangerang Selatan

Administration Staff - ( CDCUI - ADMT )

1. Responsible in Administration such as payments and database.
2. Having good attention to details & thorough. Good skills on Ms. Office.
3. Diploma/Bachelor in finance/business management, min. GPA 2.75 (Bachelor) out of 4.00. Max. age 30 years old.
4. Fresh Graduates / 1 year experience in finance administration.
5. Placement in Bintaro Jaya - Tangerang Selatan

Civil Supervisor - (CDCUI-CSP)

1. Ensure quality, time and quantity as assigned in project
2. Monitoring all resources; manpower, materials and contractors to ensure
3. scheduled completion.
4. Having good leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
5. Diploma of Civil Engineering with min. 2 years experiences /Bachelor of
6. Civil Engineering, min. GPA 2.75 (Bachelor) out of 4.00.
7. in Bintaro Jaya - Tangerang Selatan.

Graphic Web Designer - (CDCUI-DES )

1. Develop new and maintain existing websites
2. Design & create web design layouts, graphics
3. Responsible for the production of highly impressive creative visuals in a timely manner
4. Bachelor/Master of Graphic Design/ Creative Multimedia, min. GPA 2.75 Bachelor) and 3.00 (Master) out of 4.00.
5. Max. age 30 years old. Min. 2 years experience in related position.
6. Placement Tangerang Selatan - Bintaro Jaya
