ORI GROUP is a company founded in 1983 and engaged in HLU, Filament Winding Products and Piping Systems (detailed company information please visit www.ori.co.id). Right now we are looking for:

• PROJECT MANAGER (PM)

Job Summary:

1. Perform high level project management relating to contracts.
2. Manage the full range of project control activities and in particular control project costs and contingencies.
3. Responsible for end to end management of the project, ensuring all aspects of the project are aligned to meet the project plan and project delivery within its objectives of scope, cost, and time.
4. Report to the General Manager and/or Director on project management issues and achievements.
5. Translate complex project briefs/contracts into project activities, time lines, etc, which form the basis of project plans 

Qualifications

1. Maximum 37 years old.
2. Bachelor degree (S1) in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering is a must.
3. Minimum 5 years experience in managing project activities (construction, manufacturing, factory).
4. Ability to read engineering drawings.
5. Knowledgeable on AUTOCAD/CAM.
6. Highly skills and understanding of project management tools, accounting systems, and current MS Office products particularly Excel and Microsoft Project packages.
7. Knowledgeable in project contract, budgeting, time planner, suppliers, contractors.
8. Self-motivated in order to achieve optimum results, within limited time scales.
9. Strong interpersonal skills and capable to demonstrate multi-task roles, work in a team, and communicate effectively at all levels.
10. Strong leadership, managerial, and presentation skills
11. Good Communication in English oral and writing is a must
12. Flexibility and availability to address daily issues
13. Possesses the necessary enthusiasm, desire to succeed and discipline to achieve significant results for the organization.
