Qerja.com is the first online community portal in Indonesia which provides information about salary and work environment in various companies in Indonesia.
According to Gallup research institutions, only 8% of employees are completely satisfied with their jobs despite the country's economy continues to grow. Dissatisfaction was triggered by the lack of compensation, working atmosphere oh tension and the lack of career development opportunities that led to the reluctance of employees to contribute to the work.
And that research inspired us to build this website, so that the professional could do some research about some companies before they decided to move to that company

Job Description
- As the part of development team, you will do research, design, test, deploy, and maintain high performance, scalable, and secure software products using PHP.
- As the part of agile team, you will attend scrums, do sprint planning/backlog reviews, communicate project/development status to internal and external teams in a timely fashion;
- Ensure software quality and maintainability by identifying and adopting software development best practices;
- Learn and identify new opportunities in technology for new products or enhancements.
Responsibility

Requirement
- At least 1 year experience in programming or fresh graduate with a strong logic, Maximum 4 years experience
- fresh graduates with Excellent PHP skills are welcome
- Driven self-starters, you want to attack hard problems
- Passion for solving dynamic challenges and building highly scalable systems
- A naturally curious nature and are a driven self-starter, we’ve got a problem to solve and need you to figure out how to solve it
