Qerja.com is the first online community portal in Indonesia which provides information about salary and work environment in various companies in Indonesia.
According to Gallup research institutions, only 8% of employees are completely satisfied with their jobs despite the country's economy continues to grow. Dissatisfaction was triggered by the lack of compensation, working atmosphere oh tension and the lack of career development opportunities that led to the reluctance of employees to contribute to the work.
And that research inspired us to build this website, so that the professional could do some research about some companies before they decided to move to that company.
Software Engineer - Web Developer

Job Description
- As the part of development team, you will do research, design, test, deploy, and maintain high performance, scalable, and secure software products including back-end, web front-end, API
- As the part of agile team, you will attend scrums, do sprint planning/backlog reviews, communicate project/development status to internal and external teams in a timely fashion
- Ensure software quality and maintainability by identifying and adopting software development best practices
- Learn and identify new opportunities in technology for new products or enhancements
Requirement
- At least 1 year experience in programming or fresh graduate with a strong logic
- Driven self-starters, you want to attack hard problems
- Comfortable hacking on any part of the stack
- Passion for solving dynamic challenges and building highly scalable systems
- A scrappy, get shit done attitude that completes high quality projects quickly
- A naturally curious nature and are a driven self-starter, we’ve got a problem to solve and need you to figure out how to solve it
- If you ever participating in programming competition, will be also an advantage
