Role Clarification:

ASSESS business requirement, to DEFINE and PROVIDE solution related to charging & billing system required for service development.

WORK ACROSS FUNCTIONS in ensuring timely delivery of the charging and billing solution while still maintaining the best customer experience.

Requirements:

Qualification:
Minimum University Degree (S1) major in computer/informatics/telecommunication.

Experience:
2-3 years in telecommunication industry, multiple business unit background of working experiences would be an advantage.

Skills:

1. Good communication in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
2. Good in technical writing and reporting.
3. Good presentation and persuasion skill capabilities.
4. Has a sufficient knowledge of telecommunication business in general.
5. Have a good knowledge on charging and billing mechanism for prepaid and postpaid system, mediation system, and CRM system
6. Have a good knowledge on core network elements and infrastructure for voice, SMS/messaging and data services such as MSC, HLR, GGSN, PCRF, SMSC, MMSC, etc.
7. Have a good knowledge on provisioning system.

Good knowledge and familiar with IP networks, databases, programming, etc. will be an advantage.
